After a free consultation your PT will write a personal program, just for you – with the aim of helping you reach your goal. The sessions are focused, progressive and most of all... fun!

Personal training sessions will include the following:

  • Free Initial Consultation

  • Lifestyle Assessment

  • Fitness Assessment

  • Nutritional Analysis & Dietary Advice

  • Tailored Personal Training Program

  • Body measurements

  • Coaching & Motivation


We can travel to your home, office, or local park. Sessions can be gym-based depending on your location.

Pricing - Personal Training One to One:

   -  1 x session £45

   -  5 x sessions £210

   -  10 x Sessions £400

Pricing - Personal Training up to 3 people:

   -  1 x session £35 per person

   -  5 x sessions £32 per person per session

   -  10 x Sessions £30 per person per session
