WELL BEING

MATTERS

Without a doubt, exercise, in any form, can have a big part to play in managing your Mental Health...

"Having worked in the City before becoming a Personal Trainer, exercise was my way of relieving stress (and still is!)

We all need to take responsibility for our own mental health, and exercise is proven to help with this, helping you sleep better and boosting your overall mood".

However, if you are suffering from depression, stress or anxiety, just the thought of leaving the house can be a bigger challenge to overcome.

Being qualified in exercise referral Heather is able to help you understand how exercise, in any form, can help you manage your mental well being, and be a tool towards managing mental health illnesses such as depression - Get in touch for more details
