200 burpees, 200 mountain climbers, 200 squats, 200 kettle bell swings, 200 bicep curls, 200 sit-ups, 200 star jumps, 200 Bulgarian bag crosses, 200 battle rope double slams, 200 medicine ball slams so 2000 exercises followed by a 5km run!
